Claros Insight began in a small leather workshop, born from a simple frustration: the tools available to manage a craft business were built for mass-production, not for the unique, iterative process of a solo artisan.

We saw makers spending more time on spreadsheets and inventory management than on their actual craft. We saw the anxiety of overselling a one-of-a-kind piece and the chaos of tracking raw materials across multiple platforms.

We decided to build something different. A system that respects the material, the process, and the person behind the work.
